The Year 6 Ocean Adventures resource empowers pupils to think critically, act responsibly and lead with confidence.

Building on the scientific foundations developed in previous years, this final stage focuses on:

• Ocean pollution
• Climate change
• Global environmental action

Pupils explore the urgent challenges facing our oceans — and, importantly, the solutions — preparing them to become informed and proactive Ocean Ambassadors.

Through carefully structured lessons, powerful non‑fiction texts and discussion‑led enquiry, students deepen their scientific understanding while strengthening literacy, reasoning and leadership skills.
